You can return the product within 14 days after receipt The period applies from the day on which your parcel was delivered, after which it is no longer possible to return it.

To ensure that this service is available to everyone and to prevent misuse, the person returning the item (you) will bear the postage costs.

1. pack and return the item

Please return the goods to us in their original packaging. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.

2. reimbursement 

We will check the product after receipt of the parcel. We will refund the full amount if:

  • the product has no defects and meets the purchase and return criteria in our AGBs corresponds (i.e. no damage and no scratches or similar)
  • the product is in identical condition (signs of use)
  • the original scope of delivery is complete and in the same condition as at the time of purchase

For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. The final amount is usually transferred within 14 days of receipt of the parcel.
